3 Online Workouts We’re Loving

Yes, this doesn’t directly have to do with business but did you know that folks who find time to move are generally not only healthier but happier too? And we’d venture out to say that when you’re happier, your business functions better — a fact that was enough to get us moving and grooving. That’s why today we wanted to share three online workouts we’ve (really) been looking forward to lately.

1. Sweat and Stillness

Founded by the incredible (and downright hilarious) Nicole Sciacca we’ve been adoring her Sweat and Stillness classes. Described on the site as being “a hybrid of yoga based strength training, light weights, cardio bursts, stretching, and guided meditation all in just 45 minutes” we’d say it’s the best all-encompassing workout of the ones listed. It leaves us feeling sweaty, grateful and ready to tackle the day — 10/10!

2. Jessamyn Stanley

If there is one yoga class that leaves us feeling like a ball of sunshine out there, it’s no doubt Jessamyn’s. Her body positive sequences make us feel good about ourselves no matter how we go into the class feeling + we enjoy that she also has less intimidating options for days we “just can’t.” Cue: Couch Potato Yoga. 

3. Melissa Wood Health

We know this one is a fan-favorite that you’ve likely heard of before but how could we not list Melissa Wood Health? This low impact workout leaves us feeling like we’ve still worked out — hard — without feeling like we’re already dreading the one tomorrow. In fact, we look forward to it!
