This means being purposeful about where your products are sourced, what they’re shipped in (do you really need all of that plastic and cardboard?) and if they can be repurposed down the road.

2. Think About What or Who You’re Supporting

When consumers make purchases in 2019, it’s encouraging to know that their funds are also going towards initiatives they can get on board with. AKA put your dollars or time where your mouth is.

3. Shopping Digitally

It should come as no surprise that most consumers in 2019 want to be able to shop digitally — whether they’re at a coffee shop or curled-up with a glass of rosé on their couch. Make sure your site is optimized for mobile so they can pick-up whatever it is they want when in line for coffee, use the price tag feature on Instagram and get savvy with your social media sales funnels.
