3 Ways to Show Extra Customer Appreciation
We love that the brands that partner with Printed Mint care so much about their customers. After all, it’s because of the people purchasing their products that they can keep doing what they love day in and day out, and therefore, that we can keep doing the same! But they truly understand that without their customers they wouldn’t have their business, and strive to give them the creme de la creme of customer experience. How incredible is that?
But what we love even more? They’re always asking, “What else can I do to improve the customer experience for them?”
Here are our 5 favorite ways to go above + beyond for your customers:
- Say “Thank You”
A thank-you goes a long way + shows your customer that you appreciate their business. It doesn’t have to be outlandish or a personal phone call, it can simply be a little card that comes along with their package in the mail that says, “Thanks for choosing (insert company name)! We hope you you love your new (insert product name).”
- Make Buying Easy
This sounds like a no-brainer, but making buying easy is a must. That means having an easy check out experience, accepting various methods of payment, making sure you link to your shop on social media, etc. Ask yourself, “If I was buying from my store, what would I expect?”
- Ask For Feedback
Asking for feedback may seem like it’s only useful for you, but by asking for comments from your customers, you’re showing how much you value their opinion and want to make positive changes to give the ultimate shopping experience. As a customer, what do you wish shops would do? And don’t forget to give them a code to use later or to include a gift-with-purchase to show appreciation!
