Using Facebook Ads to Boost Your Business
Chances are, you’re using social media marketing to help grow your business in some form. Posting to your Instagram Stories is great (show your face, friends!!), tweeting out to your tribe on Twitter is next level and, of course, making sure you get customer reviews onto your Facebook Business page is crucial. But one thing that intimidates a lot of business owners we speak with? Facebook Ads.
But how to you use them to their full advantage to actually boost your business’ profit + brand reputation?
We have you covered.
1. Create Catchy Headlines + Descriptions
As with all pieces of content going out to your people, you want to make sure that you’re sticking to your brand voice. It’s so easy to get caught up in the perfect ad copy, that you forget to use your best secret weapon: Your unique identifying traits!
It’s been shown that the most effective length for Facebook ad titles is four words, and link descriptions of 15 words, so start there + let us know if you need any tie breakers in the comments!
2. Use Your List to Your Advantage
Facebook allows you to upload your email list + target people on your list directly. Imagine: A group of people already interested in the incredible things you have to offer being reminded of your products during the 35 minutes a day their online….seems pretty foolproof to us!
3. Create Custom Audiences
That being said, make sure you’re using the custom audiences tool to your advantage! You can target through a plethora of factors — existing customers, location, behavioral patterns (ie: if they’ve visited your site), gender + connections.
Pro Tip: Put a little money into a few ads and see what audience seems to be converting best, then use your full campaign cash there.
