1. Do you ship world wide?
Yep! We ship thousand of packages internationally.
2. What is “Recommended PPI” and why is it different for some products?
PPI stands for Pixels Per Inch. We recommend 300 PPI for almost all products, but on some of our larger fabric products we recommend 150 PPI. There are two reasons for this: (1.) A 300 PPI design file could be too large to upload for products such as beach towels (2.) On fabrics, 300 PPI, and 150 PPI often look the same because of the texture in the fabric.
3. How do I order samples?
Ordering a sample is just like placing a regular order. You can learn how to submit an order in the Submitting Orders article. We always recommend placing a sample order with the color palette you are going to use.
4. What if my package is returned to sender?
Once we receive a returned package we will contact you right away to verify the shipping address. Re-shipping fees may apply, please contact support@printedmint.comfor more details. If we don't get a response after 30 days, the package is discarded.
5. How long does it take to ship my order?
Production time is normally 2-4 business days. During the Holiday season, production times increase (Mid Nov.- Dec.) to 5-7 business days.
