Holiday Schedule

In preparation for the holiday rush, we’ve prepared essential dates + timelines to ensure your orders reach your customers in time for Christmas.

Production Timeline

From November 15th through December 31st, our production time increases to 4-6+ business days (subject to change). Most orders will ship before the 6th business day, but you should prepare for the increased production time due to the increased volume we experience. The production timeline for Bulk Orders of $200+ is 7-10+ business days

Production time is calculated in the following format

Submit Your Order = Day 0.
The next business day is counted as day 1 in production.

Our production team will work around the clock during the holiday season. This includes morning + evening shifts. Rest assured we are working diligently to produce and ship your orders on time. 

Customer Support

Our customer support team is available by phone and email Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM MST.

Our support team is available via email 7 days a week from November 27th through December 23rd. Please email support@printedmint.com should you require assistance. 

Holiday Season Estimated Shipping Timelines

Submit orders by December 5th  for standard production + shipping timelines using  Flat Rate. 

After December 5th, we highly recommend utilizing USPS Priority and FedEx Ground until December 8th. From December 9th forward, we recommend Express 2-3 Day Production and expedited shipping options such as FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Overnight, and USPS Express. Please keep in mind shipping carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. Printed Mint does not make any guarantees on shipping timelines or delivery dates. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Printed Mint does not guarantee shipping carrier timelines. Expect shipping carrier delays. During the holiday season, shipping carrier delays can occur due to volume, bad weather, and situations beyond our control. We cannot update or change shipping methods or options once an order has received its tracking information. Printed Mint is not able to refund shipping fees due to delays once an order is in the carrier's possession. 

Express Production: Holiday Season - "Express Production" option at checkout is $25 starting Nov. 5th to Dec. 31st. Express Production is available on orders with a subtotal of $50 or less. Express Production time is 2-3 business days thru Dec 31st. 

International Shipping: The production cut-off date for International orders is November 1st. International transit time can take up to 2+ months.
